Program Description

A certificate in culinary arts and restaurant management opens doors to careers in food service.  Students study food preparation, menu planning, and safety in modern classrooms and kitchens.

Graduates are prepared for entry level employment as prep cooks, cooks, sous chefs, restaurant managers or chef.

Congratulations Shannon Boyd and Cory Perkins, UAV culinary arts and restaurant management students accepted to participate in an international internship program.

Palmdale's South Antelope Valley Emergency Services (SAVES) challenged the University of Antelope Valley Culinary Arts School (UAV) to create meals for people in need using donated food.
