Monday– Thursday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Core courses are 4 weeks in length. Students complete 1 course at a time. General Education courses are 16 weeks in length. Students complete 5 General Education courses in a semester. General Education course schedules vary.
Program Description
When evaluating an employee for management positions in the hospitality industry, higher academic credentials are desirable and sought after by employers. This program is designed for graduates from Culinary or Hospitality Certificate programs who want to pursue an Associate of Science degree. The Hospitality Management degree completer program incorporates fundamental skills in English, mathematics, social science, natural sciences, computer applications and business management skills, thereby offering graduates a well-rounded academic curriculum.
