Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Instructors shall hold a minimum of one degree higher than program of instruction. General Education Instructors shall hold a minimum of a master's degree. Instructors at a minimum shall have earned 18 semester or equivalent hours of coursework in the area of their teaching discipline. Organizational abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills are also required.
Responsibilities: Faculty will prepare for and teach assigned classes, hold required office hours, advise students, be active on faculty and university committees, and maintain an active program of professional development. Additionally, the candidate will participate in student recruiting efforts, community relations, and other duties assigned by the Dean of Academics.
