Aramark Corporation representatives conducted a Culinary Job Fair Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at the University of Antelope Valley.

Aramark Corporation representatives conducted a Culinary Job Fair Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at the University of Antelope Valley.

Executive Chef Manager Anthony Williams and Administrative Coordinator Ray Sison met with 13 students from the Professional Baking and Pastry program and Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management to discuss available positions and employment opportunities at Lancaster Municipal Stadium, previously JetHawks Stadium.

Sison disbursed applications and interest forms and discussed available positions including line prep, cooks, servers and cashiers, while Chef Williams (a former UAV culinary instructor) continued the process of interviewing candidates and informing them of the duties in the kitchens from sanitation to mise en place and expediting.

Successful candidates will be notified on how to proceed to the next step of the hiring process, which includes a background check and other medical and administrative procedures.

New hire training will begin in March in preparation for 2016 Baseball Season and exhibition games.
