Jana Hernandez, UAV Alumnus of the Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management program is scheduled to compete in the World Food Championships™ (WFC).
Hernandez is a 2012 graduate and is head chef at Pour d’ Vino Wine Lounge and Bistro on the BLVD in beautiful downtown Lancaster.

November 2016, the Bacon World Championship is where Hernandez is entered to compete; the event will take place in the WFC kitchen arena in Orange Beach, Alabama. There are nine food categories and competition will span seven days and one talented chef will be crowned victorious and receive as World Food Champion, $100,000 in cash and prizes.
